Get Down Downtown

Get Down Downtown is a FREE admission outdoor festival in historic downtown Searcy. This annual Main Street Searcy event welcomes local and national touring bands, street performers, more than 125 vendors, concessions and activities for the entire family! The festival starts at 6:00 pm Friday, Sept. 26, with live music and vendor activities until 9:30. Little Rock Winds take the stage Friday at 8:00 pm. Activities resume Saturday, Sept. 27, with the Funnel Cake 5K/Cotton Candy Classic at 8:00 am. Registration information for the chip time run can be found at runsignup.com. Vendor activities, live music, street performances and the kid zone open at 10:00 am. Activities conclude after Nashville recording artist Joe Nichols finishes his free 8:00 pm show on the Courthouse Square. Guests are encouraged to take lawn chairs for Friday and Saturday concerts.
