Start:
Guajillo chile, lime, garlic and herb spiced rubbed shrimp served over Oaxaca style mole on tortilla with chopped onion and cilantro
Veg Option: Grilled Tofu


Main:
Grilled spatchcocked chicken marinated with brown sugar, paprika, garlic, basil, cilantro and onion. Served with a winter slaw of cabbage, pears, kale, pomegranate, carrots and pepitas. Cornbread with jalapeño and corn.
Veg option: Grilled Portabello Mushroom

Finish:
Ginger Chocolate Mousse Cake
