Arthur's Prime Steakhouse offers only the best grade of beef in the world ranging from the dry aged prime natural beef to the Australian Wagyu and to the ultimate beef experience of Japanese KOBE beef. All beef is bought aged and DRY AGED in "aging coolers" on premise, then cut in house by the most experienced butchers. All seafood is delivered fresh every other day and the shellfish is of the highest quality. We also serve the highest quality Colorado lamb, free range chicken and premium pork, and creative vegetarian entrees as well. We offer an extensive yet attentively chosen wine list, presenting a super reserve and rare wine collection out of our exclusive wine cellar.
