Check Out the Falls

What to know
Camp Miramichee Falls is situated at the site of the original YWCA Camp Miramichee, which was founded in 1916 as a retreat for girls. In 2019, the current owners acquired and renovated several of the original Miramichee stone cabins. The camp is located on the Southfork River in Hardy, Arkansas, where the Southfork joins the Spring River just a mile downstream from the property. There are two cabins on the river and three cabins on a wooded hillside available for rent at Camp Miramichee Falls. In the neighborhood, a few other privately owned cabins can be found, and the owners reside on the property. Additionally, there are three cabins available across the road at Kiwanie Lake as part of Camp Miramichee Falls' offerings. Visitors can fish, canoe, kayak, swim, and simply relax. Local outfitters offer floats on the Spring River, and the camp provides boats for use in the cabin areas. Guests can enjoy nearby towns, Hardy and Cherokee Village, which are just two miles from the cabins. For more information and to see all eight cabins listed in one place, one can visit campmiramicheefalls.com.
