Children's Craft Day: Discovering the Blues

Our summer-long adventure into exploring the rich cultural history of Delta Heritage Trail State Park continues as we discover how the trail passes across the landscape that gave birth to the music style known as the blues. Join us to find out how the style is rooted in the daily lives of people who lived along the trail when it was an active rail line. You will also get a chance to make your own blues musical instrument to take home.
