Delta Dash

Join us for the first ever Delta Dash! 85% of this run is on gravel, taking you to the confluence of the Mississippi & Saint Francis Rivers as you meander through downtown Helena, along the Mississippi River levee, and the Saint Francis National Forest.

This run is part of the Delta Grit Series - a rally style event for runners and cyclists, mixing it up with music, food, and other fun cultural activities. It’s a true one-of-a-kind experience in the Arkansas Delta that you do not want to miss.
