Singer Forest Natural Area

Singer Forest is a 519-acre bottomland forest/overflow swamp, one of the few remnants of the forest community that prevailed throughout this part of Arkansas before extensive drainage measures and associated agricultural clearing were undertaken. From Marked Tree, take S.H. 75 South 8.8 miles to dirt levee road (CR 401). West on levee top approximately 1.2 miles, then turn right crossing Ditch #109. Property is on the north side.
