Hunter Education

In order to purchase a hunting license in Arkansas anyone who was born after December 31, 1968, must complete Hunters Education. This is a 10-hour course that will be held from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Saturday and 1 – 5 p.m. on Sunday. Participants must attend both days to complete the course. There will be a short lunch break on Saturday and guests are encouraged to bring a sack lunch. Snacks and drinks will be available to purchase in the gift shop. There is no fee to participate, but registration is required. Registration is online and can be completed by visiting the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission website.
