Having gained invaluable industry experience in Seattle, Derek returned to Mena to begin roasting highly nuanced blends of coffee on a weekly basis. From there, The Ouachitas has grown into a favorite destination for patrons seeking coffee, food, beer, and community. There's live music on the weekends, a patio balcony with the best view in the area, and events throughout the year.
