What to know
The vacation home has a fireplace, upscale furnishings and a flat panel TV with DVD selection. The home includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a washer and dryer; wireless Internet service, free long distance calling; three-car garage for storage of watercraft or vehicles, a fenced-in backyard, one acre landscaped lot.
There is a minimum week-long stay. Pets are permitted in the fenced yard and garage only.
