The Waters is a 62 room boutique hotel with vintage details and up-to-date comforts and amenities located in the historic Thompson Building. Built in 1903 The Thompson building once held doctors’ offices for the bath houses. Each of the 62 rooms are unique and true to the building’s history. They are filled with art and products from local artists and companies to further immerse guests in the flavor and charm of Hot Springs.
The Waters is surrounded by Hot Springs National Park, steps out our back door is West Mountain Trail, great for biking! Outside our front door is Bathhouse Row, known far and wide for the healing and relaxing powers of its hot mineral spring waters.
The hotel features two full-service restaurants, The Avenue, which offers southern artisan- style cuisine. As well as, The Rooftop where guests can enjoys hand crafted seasonal cocktails while overlooking Downtown Hot Spring and the Ouachita Mountains.
In addition to the restaurants, The Waters has a hospitality room, The Whippoorwill Room, great for meetings or even as a bridal suite. A small sundry shop and Gallery Central boutique are onsite to enhance your experience for the ultimate in convenience.
