"Namaste in Nature" First Day Hike

Reflect on last year and recharge yourself for the new year with this "Namaste in Nature" yoga hike at Crowley's Ridge State Park in celebration of our First Day Hikes. Participants will learn basic stretches to do before hiking, meditate while enjoying the sounds of nature, and see the attractions of the park in a new light. We will begin the hike at the amphitheater and encourage everyone to park in the CCC pavilion parking lot. This hike will include flat ground, steps, and various elevation changes as we will walk to our suspension bridge on Dancing Rabbit Trail and take access roads back to our starting point. Holland LeDelia, co-owner of Eastern Livity, will be our instructor. For more information, distance, and difficulty level of the hike, please contact the park.
