Wildlife Viewing Area Beautification: Centennial Day of Service: Mount Magazine State Park

Volunteer to help Mount Magazine make its wildlife viewing area behind the visitor center more viewable! Controlling tree overgrowth, leaf litter removal, weeding and water feature maintenance are what this project entails. In helping us correct these issues, you will also be taking part in celebrating the Arkansas State Parks’ 100th year!

Volunteers are welcome to bring own work gloves, loppers, shovels, rakes, and any other lawn maintenance equipment. Water, sunscreen, and summer-landscaping-appropriate attire are also highly recommended.
