Join the ARTx3 Campus for its Movement and Agility workshop from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Friday, March 1, at The ARTSpace on Main, 623 S. Main St. It is for women ages 30 and older.
Instructor Lauren Robertson, owner and founder of LBR Fitness, aims to increase strength, mobility, balance, flexibility, and confidence. Participants will learn how to move their bodies in a social and accommodating environment tailored to individual needs.
