Cheese Making Workshop

How do you preserve all of your animal’s milk for the year? What did historic peoples of Powhatan do with their animal products? Say cheese! Join park staff to learn how to make your own cheese at home! Learn the basics of cheese making, the different types of cheeses, and the science behind its preservation.
