Getting Lit in the 19th Century: Candle Making

Did you know Powhatan didn't have electricity until the 1940s? Join a park interpreter to learn how the early residents of Powhatan lit up the dark Arkansas nights and make your very own candle. Join us to hear the history and make your very own candle to take home. All ages encouraged to participate, but children should be supervised by parents.
