A 200-acre fourth-generation farm; gardens may be rented for special events, including day retreats, meetings, weddings, receptions, garden parties, birthday parties, and seated and buffet dinners; large dressing areas on the second floor are included for wedding rentals. The house has approximately 2300 square feet on the first floor, plus 1500 square feet of covered porches and patio, and is exceptionally well designed for dinners and cocktail parties, as well as for retreats and meetings. Several combinations of house/garden rentals are available.
