Barbara Homod of Hardy owns and operates this restaurant with the help of about 40 employees. Sadly Big John passed away in July 2012 after his battle with cancer. Some of our customer's favorites are the fresh smoked ribs every Friday, our famous chicken fried chicken, farm-raised fried catfish, Hardy cheese fries, fried green tomatoes, and lots of breakfast plates. Barbara and her daughter Amy are always playing around with their dessert recipes... peach and blackberry cobblers, strawberry swirl cake, peanut butter pies, ooey gooey brownies and much more!
