Four-acre fishing lake with accessible pier; walking trail, spillway, benches donated by the students of Texarkana's school district; stocked by the Arkansas Game & Fish Commission with over 3,000 pounds of catfish. Located in Bobby Ferguson Park, which also has picnic tables and shelters, playgrounds, and gazebo.
