Macro-Invertebrate Scavenger Hunt

Cossatot River State Park-Natural Area

What to know

Did you know that small insects live in the river? Macroinvertebrates play a key role in the food chain and indicate the water quality of the Cossatot River. We welcome you to bring your own snorkel and goggles, but unfortunately, we cannot offer any at this time. Join a park interpreter to search for these little creatures. COVID-19 SAFETY GUIDELINES ARE IN EFFECT FOR GUEST AND STAFF SAFETY. SPACE MAY BE LIMITED.
