Gazing at the Birds

Learn more about our feathered friends and their lives as the Mississippi River State Park in Marianna offers a Children’s Bird Walk Adventure on Nov. 15. Head out on a scavenger hunt with the park interpreter to find as many different birds as possible and learn more about how they live and the types of things they do on a daily basis. After the walk, participants decide if they were seeing the same birds or different species, and then learn how to help our avian buddies lives even better.
