New Arkansas Welcome Center in Helena-West Helena Grand Opening Nov. 19
The Natural State’s newest Arkansas Welcome Center, located in Helena-West Helena, will be officially dedicated on Tuesday, Nov. 19. The public is invited to attend.

The 3,500-square-foot facility offers visitors up-to-the minute information on attractions, regional events, and weather conditions. The building, Informal Italianate in design, offers travelers access to computer kiosks, WiFi, and free coffee. The landscaped exterior offers picnic tables for those travelers looking to take a short break from the road. The new center is located at 1007 Martin Luther King Dr. (off the U.S. 49 Bypass).
The dedication and ribbon cutting takes place at 11 a.m. Arkansas Mike Beebe is scheduled to attend. For more information, contact the Welcome Center at 870-338-7602.
