Arkansas Pecan Festival Returns to Downtown Keo December 6th

Keo, AR – The heart of the Arkansas Delta will be crackling with excitement on Saturday, December 6, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. as the Arkansas Pecan Festival returns to downtown Keo’s historic Main Street. This year’s festival will once again celebrate the pecan harvest with a full day of family fun, food, and uniquely Arkansas traditions.

Festival highlights include:

  • Arkansas State Pecan Pie Championship – Bakers from across the state will compete for bragging rights (and pie glory).
  • Arkansas State Squirrel Calling Contest – A quirky, crowd-favorite competition you won’t want to miss.
  • Car Show – Classic rides and hot rods lining Main Street.
  • Keodore Kids Zone – Bounce houses, games, petting zoo, and activities for children.
  • Santa Claus Visit – A holiday photo opportunity and early Christmas magic.
  • Local Entertainment – Live music and performances throughout the day.
  • Pie Ride Cycling Event – A scenic 36-mile round-trip ride, ending with—you guessed it—pecan pie.
  • Vendors & Food Trucks – More than 75 vendors and 10 food trucks will bring shopping and dining to life in the heart of Keo.

“The Arkansas Pecan Festival is about more than pecans—it’s about bringing our community together and showing off what makes Keo so special,” said Stephanie, Mayor of Keo. “From pie to pedals, from classic cars to Santa Claus, there’s something here for every age.”

The Arkansas Pecan Festival is hosted by the Keo Collective and is quickly becoming one of the region’s signature holiday-season events, blending local heritage, family fun, and a celebration of Arkansas-grown pecans.
