Beaver Lodge Hike

Beavers are one of the most common animals around Millwood Lake, but have you ever seen a beaver lodge? Millwood State Park has a beaver lodge readily accessible, right on one of our hiking trails. Join a park interpreter for a 1-mile round trip hike along the Waterfowl Way Trail to learn all about these interesting aquatic mammals and where they live. Meet at the trailhead parking lot. Be sure to wear good hiking shoes and bring plenty of water.
