Project Learning Tree Teacher Workshop
Museum
What to know
Nature journaling in the classroom supports lessons in both literacy and science. Observation, writing, sketching, data collection, sequencing, and reflection are a few of the many useful skills students may use while journaling. This workshop will demonstrate the use of Project Learning Tree activities to improve and enhance nature journaling skills. This will be an interactive workshop conducted both indoors and outdoors and include activities, hands-on crafts, and lesson plans.
Join us for this fun and educational day and learn how to implement nature journaling activities into your own classroom, camps, or educational programs.
Participants must stay for the full 6-hour training in order to receive the curriculum guide and the 6 hours of PD.
