Little Cliffy Escape

The Little Clifty Escape has a trail to the lake that is relatively easy to walk. Although, the rocky terrain may prove difficult to those with limited mobility. The lake is close! About 100 yards away from the back deck. The trail features 3 easy switch backs. One of the easiest waterfronts to access on Beaver Lake.

The shore access is superb. Fish, swim, play! Boat Access!!

The back yard is full of large boulders providing a natural playground. (Kids love to spend the day jumping from rock to rock).

This property also features a large sundeck which is partially covered, providing enjoyment rain or shine! There is a ladder swimming. There is also a large table at the dock which provides a great place to sit in the shade as you relax.
