Experience the 2024 Great American Eclipse in Jacksonville (or as we like to call it, a Total Eclipse of the Park)! On Monday, April 8, enjoy this once-in-a-lifetime occurrence at five of Jacksonville's 14 beautiful City parks and the historic Reed's Bridge Battlefield:
Jacksonville Parks and Recreation staff will be stationed throughout Jacksonville at information booths, where you can learn about the eclipse, find information about the City of Jacksonville and Jacksonville Parks and Recreation, pick up your FREE solar eclipse glasses and purchase commemorative limited edition merchandise, such as stickers and t-shirts! (Merchandise available while supplies last).
