The Formation of an Oxbow Lake

Lake Chicot is the largest oxbow lake in North America and the largest natural lake in Arkansas. Join the park interpreter to learn more about how oxbow lakes are formed and take a short walk down to the lakeshore to discuss what makes Lake Chicot so special. Warm clothes and sturdy shoes recommended.
