Nature Class: Outdoor Deer Cookin'

This FREE cooking class will focus on traditional cooking techniques in the outdoors - learn important fundamental skills in meat preparation, sanitation, and nutrition, as well as how to use local resources all while cooking deer in a Dutch Oven! Taught by the experts from the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission, be prepared this hunting season to prepare your deer meat the traditional way for friends and family.

Participants will be outdoors, so wear APPROPRIATE CLOTHES and COMFORTABLE SHOES.
