Thursday, Feb 15, 2024; 5:30 - 8:30PM: Natchitoches Meat Pies - a regional savory meat pie, crescent-shaped as a flaky wheat pasty turnover. Similar to a picadillo beef empanada, varieties are found throughout the Spanish Empire colonies. Registrants will make a traditional Natchitoches Meat Pie, a chorizo-seasoned pork meat pie, and a fruit fried pie. CLICK

Thursday, Feb 22, 2024; 5:30 - 8:30PM: Crawfish Pie - available fresh only in the springtime, crawfish is baked into a melt-in-your-mouth crust with a savory filling of crawfish meat and vegetables.
