La Petite Roche Plaza
What to know
Little Rock’s famous namesake – La Petite Roche – has a park surrounding it. La Petite Roche Plaza highlights the famous stone outcropping which gave the capital city its name. In addition to the rock itself, the park also includes a pathway that leads to the base of the Junction Bridge Pedestrian and Cycling Walkway where six panels explain the importance of the site.
