Centennial Day of Service: Mississippi River State Park - Free Fishing Derby Prep

Volunteers have played a significant role in Arkansas State Parks' 100 year legacy! Mississippi River State Park is calling on volunteers to help us prepare for the annual Youth Fishing Derby at the Ranger Pond on June 10th. If you’re interested in a “behind the scenes” look at how this derby becomes so fun, we encourage you to sign up! On Thursday (June 8th) and Friday (June 9th), volunteers will help us prepare take away bags, set up tables, and more from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.! Volunteers can also help work the event itself from 6:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. on June 10th! We ask that volunteers sign up by Wednesday, June 7th.
