Delta Cultural Center's Art in the Park

Join the DCC and Elizabeth Spilman as we paint the beautiful landscape of Mississippi River State Park on May 20. Elizabeth Spilman is an art teacher at the Arkansas School for the Blind in Little Rock and enjoys painting nature. Be sure to bring your own brushes, paints and canvases for this wonderful event.
