Winter Night Hike
Logoly State Park
What to know
This time of year we see more night than day, which may keep us indoors. However, wildlife abounds even at night in the forests of Logoly State Park. Come out and join park staff for a fascinating excursion into this lively scene. Listen for owls calling, watch for signs of raccoons foraging, and try to spot a flying squirrel zooming from tree to tree. This event is free and open to all ages. All you need to bring is a flashlight, a good pair of walking shoes, and some warm clothes. Call the park or stop by to sign up.
