Lavish Herbal Feast - A Taste of Japan

Join us as we kick off Herb Harvest Fall Festival - A Taste of Japan at Ozark Folk Center State Park in beautiful Mountain View, Arkansas with a Lavish Herbal Feast!

Culinary herbalist, educator, and food writer Susan Belsinger has designed a dinner, called Ichiju Sansai (一汁三菜) in Japanese. The Feast, prepared by the Skillet Restaurant at the Ozark Folk Center, will celebrate this year's theme of Herb Harvest Fall Festival --A Taste of Japan. A Garden Party Reception with vegetarian sushi, Norimaki (海苔巻), and libations, sponsored by the Herb Society of America--Ozark Unit, precedes the Feast.
