Pizza Extravaganza: Learn from the baker, the cheesemaker & the flavor artist!

Ozark Folk Center State Park

What to know

This unique class is a collaboration of talents, wherein you will learn how to make a sourdough pizza crust from Heirloom baker Ethan Frazier, homemade mozzarella cheese from shepherdess and craft cheesemaker Jeanette Larson, and how to make real Italian tomato sauce, grilled vegetables and other tasty toppings from herbalist cook Susan Belsinger. We will share assembly instructions and make some pizzas for tasting and each student will get to make and take a 10-inch pizza home with them.

You'll make your own pizza starting from flour, milk, tomatoes, and herbs.
