Have you ever heard of an Ozark Chinquapin, a tree which used to be abundant here? Join Park Interpreter Ashley to learn what happened to them and what the park is doing to help bring them back. You will even get to take a look at some new trees in the process of growing! We will meet at the overlook behind the visitor center. Be prepared to walk ½-mile on rocky terrain!
