Movement and Agility, with Lauren Robertson

The ARTx3 Campus hosts the bimonthly workshop Movement and Agility, led by exercise therapist Lauren Robertson. Designed for women ages 30 and older, this functional strength-building class aims to increase strength, mobility, balance, flexibility, and confidence.

The next workshop is from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Friday, Dec. 13, at The ARTSpace on Main, 623 S. Main St. in Pine Bluff.
