Arkansas Rock 'N' Roll Highway 67 Marker

The stretch of Highway 67 which runs through Biggers and Reyno, and Datto in Clay County, is all that remains in northeast Arkansas of the original Highway 67. Many towns were bypassed and many miles of the highway were abandoned. Before it was bypassed in the 1950s, musicians traveling from Chicago to Dallas and parts in-between traveled this pavement. This portion that remains of Old Highway 67 is now on the National Register of Historic Places.
