Teacher Development Workshop

Davidsonville invites all local area teachers to attend a four hour development day at the park. History and social sciences will be our focus as we examine components from multiple disciplines that are frequently utilized in these curriculum areas. This workshop will include hands-on learning experiences that mimic how you can use Davidsonville Historic State Park and other parks as classrooms. Teachers will also be provided the latest information on field trip grants, program scheduling tips, and what parks can bring to the classroom.
