Beginner Birding

Bird watching is a hobby for all ages. Meet a park interpreter at the Butterflies and Blooms trailhead outside the visitor center for a leisurely .75-mile stroll along the trail and learn the basics for birding. Please wear sturdy shoes and bring water, and if you have them, bird guides and binoculars. This program will last about one hour.
