Friends of Hobbs Speaker Series: Chronic Wasting Disease in Deer

Levi Horrell, Private Lands Biologist for the Arkansas Game & Fish Commission, will give an update on chronic wasting disease (CWD). CWD affects members of the deer family, is fatal to animals and there are no treatments or vaccines. To date, there have been no reported cases of CWD infection in humans although some studies raise concerns that there may be a risk to people. Join us to learn more about CWD in Arkansas.
