What to know
This
water-themed camp will include lots of hands-on exploration and fun-packed
learning. Each day will include a discovery hike, a water activity,
nature-based games, science activities, crafts, and plenty of time to make
friends and memories. Some of the fun will include a trip to War Eagle Creek to
swim and study aquatic creatures, a service-learning project, and a day of
snorkeling and boating on Beaver Lake. Participants can earn their AR
State Park Explorer Badge. Ages 10-12 years old. Space is limited to 12 campers. Pre-registration
and pre-payment of $70 fee required (includes daily snack and a camp
shirt). Campers must bring a sack lunch. Contact Hobbs State Park at (479) 789-5000 for reservations.
