Tinkering in the Oil Field Park

It's time to get outdoors! Enjoy the great outdoors at the Arkansas Museum of Natural Resources during the month of June. Children aged 6-12 will explore the museum’s Oil Field Park with the museum's curator. Through hands-on activities, learn about the loblolly pine forests of South Arkansas and discover the stories of the oil boom and the timber industries. Weekly activities will vary. Spaces are limited, so call the park to reserve a place for your child. These programs are free of charge; all children must be accompanied by an adult.
