Dutch Oven Series

Dutch oven, pizza/bread pan, and more! You might be familiar with your Grandma’s cast iron frying pan, but there’s so much more to discover in the art of cast iron cooking! Join park interpreters for this fun, interactive workshop series and get cooking! Workshops include cookware and food. You can register for the whole series or just one class. At the end of the series, we’ll put our skills to the test for our workshop cook-off! Throughout the series we’ll collect recipes and you’ll be able to save your favorites as you create your very own customized cast iron cooking cookbook. We’ll test out some tried and true recipes and even create our very own new ones to enjoy!
