Girl Scouts Love State Parks 2024: Kayaking Basics

Join Park Interpreter Megan for an introduction to kayaking. This 2-hour program will include on shore basic instructions, water safety tips, and 1-hour kayak tour to practice your skills and explore the calm waters of Lake Dunn. No previous experience required. Completing this program helps earn the Senior Paddling badge. Space is limited and is determined on a first-come, first-serve basis. Payment and registration are required previous to this event at the visitor center. Fees are $15 for children 6-11 years old and $18 for children and adults ages 12 and up. Please pre-register by contacting the visitor center by September 9, 2024. If there is inclement weather, the program will be canceled. #GSLSP2024
