Governor Asa Hutchinson to deliver opening remarks at 2018 World Woman Summit

Sept. 11, 2018, LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The World Woman Foundation is delighted to announce the first line-up of speakers at the 2nd annual World Woman Summit (WWS), to be held at the Clinton Presidential Center Oct. 11-12, 2018.

Among the growing list, speakers are CEOs of Fortune 500 companies, global experts on women issues, distinguished women activist, policymakers and government representatives from across the globe. The theme for World Woman Summit 2018, “Women Fueling the Future,” communicates the important roles of women in accelerating the Sustainable Development Goals 2030. This international futuristic women’s summit includes tracks highlighting Women driving the Future of Entrepreneurship, Technology, Health, Finance, Food, and Sustainability.

The keynote speakers include Naveen Jain, billionaire entrepreneur; Sharon Letcher, author, Think and Grow Rich; Jack A Bobo, food futurist; Ingrid Vanderveldt, CEO, Empowering 100 Billion Women by 2020; Anu Jain, philanthropist; with the opening remarks will be delivered by Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson. The World Woman Summit continues to add panel and session speakers and the present line up may be viewed on the conference website.

The Summit is the scene of two days of global conversation, expected to draw hundreds of representatives of Fortune 500 companies, policymakers, consumers, NGOs, media, and others women’s advocates. The summit will include some 30 speakers addressing the most topical strategic, commercial and technical issues facing women globally.

The headline sponsors include Riceland Foods, University of Arkansas Medical Science, Mentor Cloud and Heifer International.
