Come be part of the World's Shortest First Ever 6th Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade March 17 in Hot Springs. The Celebrity Grand Marshal will be John Ratzenberger. Also on tap will be green fireworks, Irish belly dancers, floats, Irish Order of Elvi (a group of Elvis look-alikes), marchers, Irish Wolfhounds, and a Pub-Crawl.
