Fermentation Basics Workshop
Fermentation is one of the oldest means of preserving food and, for people living without refrigeration, it was essential. Join park staff to learn the basics of fermentation and make some fermented foods to take home. Registration is required by June 6, 2026, as space and supplies are limited.
