Rock Climbing Beta Blast

Struggling to figure out that one move or get your foot to stick on that tiny foothold? You might need the “Beta,” or the specific body positioning, sequence of moves, and techniques needed to get to the top of your climb. Join a park interpreter for tips and techniques to help you send your route. We’ll meet at the Seven Hollows parking area. This will be a ground demonstration. If you plan on climbing, make sure you have signed in at the visitor center or with the Frontier Climbing Co. outpost inside Mather Lodge.
